Terms of service

Last updated October 30, 2026. These terms are between you and Davinvue, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we").

The service

A Clean Slate scans public X (Twitter) posts for words and phrases that a recruiter or client might question. The free scan reads up to 30 recent posts and shows counts by category. The paid full report, a one-time purchase, reads up to 200 recent posts, lists each flagged post with the reason and a link to it on X, and includes an archive upload that scans your full history in your browser.

Use it for your own accounts

Scan accounts you own or have permission to review. Don't use the service to harass anyone.

No guarantee

Flags come from keyword matching. It will sometimes flag harmless posts and miss others, including sarcasm, images and context. It is not legal, HR or employment advice, and we don't guarantee any hiring outcome. You decide what to delete, and you delete it yourself on X; we never post or delete on your behalf.

Payment: all sales are final

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once by Stripe; there is no subscription. All sales are final; no refunds. The free scan shows what the full report covers before you pay. Questions or problems? Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Availability

The service depends on the X API, which can change or be unavailable. Daily limits may apply. We may change or stop the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
